Measure it in mls, much more accurate.

"Cups" refers to metric cups, the kind used for cooking/baking etc. not tea cups or drinking cups.

    1 cup = 250 mL (in Australia)

You can generally get sets with a 1/2 cup, 1/4 cup, 1/8 cup, sometimes 1/3 and 2/3.

A cup is a unit of measurement and is 240 or 250 ml (US vs. UK/Canada) which is about 8 fluid ounces

it's .7 of a cup......a cup is a measure of units not as whatever is in your cupboard. One cup is 8oz, so .7 of a cup is 5.6 ounces.

For water the ounces is equivalent. Almond milk may not be, but it should be measured via a liquid measuring cup and not a teacup.
