Happy New Year everyone!
I love to read and I'm after recommendations for weightless stories that you've found inspiring. I don't really care how the people lost weight (I'm not planning to use it as a manual) as long as the writing is decent and it's a true story. It's fine if it's written by someone who had weightloss surgery or someone who lost with diet and/or exercise.
My searches on Amazon are turning up a million diet books but I'm not interested in those, I just want stories of actual people.
Thanks!
