Sort of new to MFP

Not new on MFP but haven't used this in more than 6 months or been part of this community. Good luck to all, especially those like me who have this as another NY resolution.
I used to 210lbs about 1.5 years ago and dropped to my goal weight of 175. (35/M/6'0 for reference.) However, the last few months have been bad and I'm up to 191 as of this morning. My plan is to keep to around 1500-1800 calories per day, and hit the gym 3/4 times a week with a mix of cardio and strength. Also plan to run in another 10k in May.
