My 2018 goal is to audition for one of the NBA Dance teams; however, I've always been so self conscious of my body especially in swim suit season. See the irony in this? This year I figure I not only change my body and change my diet, but also my mentality. I'm nervous for this journey, but the amount of support, motivation, and inspiration I've seen from this app community definitely eases my nerves a bit. Any advice on meal prepping, at home workouts, or anything at all is appreciated greatly. Keep the positivity going!
