2 days into the new year and I feel like I'm off to a good start already!
Homemade Thai red curry with loads of veggies, made up enough for 10 portions (money saved too). But it's only 250 calories per serving! Combined with 2 workouts a day, this week is looking good.
Who else is feeling good already?!

    Sadly, this first week coincides with my rest week, so I'll have to get pumped next week :/
