So here we are in 2018 and I'm restarting MFP. Back in 2013 I weighed 5 lbs less than I do today, so at least I haven't ballooned up above 300 in the interim, which has always been in the back of my mind as an eventuality.
New goal: 240 lbs. A reasonable waypoint at which I can reevaluate and see if that's an age appropriate size for me or if I continue down to 225 lbs or something.

the best thing is just to never leave. don't let your guard down. always be diligent. then you don't have to come back/restart. etc.1
