I'm 220 today, and 5'4" at 51 years "old". I've tried "dieting" throughout adult life and again recently, and found that I got saggy at about 12 pounds, and limiting iron/citrus set off my anemia. I need to balance eating, exercising and health - and stick with it. A little reluctant to try again and start all over, but it's just one step at a time - I can do that.
