My name is Danny, I’m 31 and aiming for 2018 to be my best yet for fitness and weight gain. I’ve always done some form of exercise but with a blasé attitude. This year I’m taking it seriously! I have Cystic Fibrosis with an FEV1 of 44% and FVC of 60%. This means my respiratory system is way below normal and due to the nature of my condition it can’t be improved significantly. However, my exercise tolerance can be. My aim is to put on muscle mass and increase my LISS times. Any help will always be gratefully accepted and I can’t wait to get stuck in!
