    Just to improve my physique as a whole. Along with hitting a couple lift milestones.

    Biceps. Long arms, long insertion points, no peaks.

    I have been focused on legs and glutes. Not only for aesthetic reasons, but building a power house set of legs and accompanying strong glutes will help in performance in meeting my fitness goals.

    But overall having symmetry in both upper body and lower body has been goal from day one.
