    Good luck on your journey. I’m a returning MFP user and should be a poster child for for walking away from something that works. Last year I went from 317 lbs to 277 lbs in about 7 months. I’m back up 32 pounds because I walked away and thought I could do it on my own. This app and community are an awesome support system. Once again good luck. Feel free to add me.
