Monthly Goals

I find I do better with exercise if I make a monthly goal and then keep track of it in a place and way that others can see it and hold me accountable if need be. I do mostly Jillian Micheals workouts because they are so core centered and intense but don't take a lot of time. But I sometimes do other workouts too. I have been a member of MFP for years but this is the 1st time I am keeping track of my goals here. Please feel free to add your own monthly goals and keep track of them here if that helps you. It's the begining of the Year so why not?
I'm Shelly and my goal for this month is 16 workouts. I danced for all day monday (over 23k on my fitbit!!! Normal daily goal of 10K) and today I did 21day fix pilates fix. 2/16

    Found you! I'm goaling 16 for this month. I did 10 minute body cardio and pilates circuits on the 2nd, and Killer Cardio level 1 today 2/16

    I don't really have a monthly goal...I just try to get in my two lifting days per week, plus cardio in between. I like to avg around an hour a day for the week, but might be ok with 45min
