Effects from eating out yesterday

So I've noticed that though I had a heavy meal for dinner yesterday at Buffalo Wild Wings, and that I had an "OFF" day at the gym today, I've been really hungry all day! But, I'm maintaining my calories and drinking lots of water... so far, still doing good...

Keep it up, eat some filling and nutritious food within your reasonable (not crazy low) calorie goal (not way below that goal), drink enough water (but not crazy much) throughout the day, get a good night's sleep tonight, wake up to a better day tomorrow. Repeat. You'll be fine.
