Hello! My name is Alyssa and I am so excited to start my weight loss journey for good this time! What makes this time different than the last 5 million? This time, I love myself the way that I am. I’m not doing this for a “bikini body.” I’m not doing this to be able to wear those skinny jeans I’ve always dreamed of. I’m doing this because I am ready to start caring about my health. I’m currently at my heaviest I’ve ever been. 252.6 my goal is to be down to at least 225 by the end of May but we will see. I’m not going to beat myself up over it. I’m starting slow. Focusing on calorie counting and food tracking first. Maybe some walking here and there. Then I’ll eventually move on to getting my protein/fat/carb count right and I’ll be working out harder. I’m also focusing on drinking enough water. The key is to go slow. Sorry I’m all over the place with this post. But here I am. Cheers to the New Year!
