Anyone use air fryer?

    It's so much more energy efficient than my oven that I hardly use the oven anymore. It is essentially a small, well insulated, aggressively fan assisted oven. I use it for everything from roast vegetables and potatoes to lasagna.

    If you are trying to replicate deep fried food, keep in mind that oven fries do get crisper than in a convection oven but don't really taste deep fried. Chicken wings in the air fryer, on the other hand, are every bit as good as deep fried.
