This new year want to give Keto diet a shot. Wondering if any one had success with Keto diet and if they have logged food in their diary.. Looking for ideas and inspiration .. Thank you

Hello!!! My friend and I did the Keto diet for almost 2 months. We quit around Thanksgiving and have Been back on it for a few days. The first round, I lost 17 lbs and he lost around 25 WITHOUT exercise. I actually love the diet, once you’re in Ketosis. I struggled my first few days until I was in ketosis with mood swings but once it happened I felt better even mentally. The best tips I can give you are: 1.) drink more water than you thought possible. 2.) try an intermittent fasting program (for example I only eat from 11 am to 7 pm) and 3.) If you like fish and seafood, EAT THEM. 0 carbs and almost no calories, so it’s especially helpful if you are struggling with being hungry.
On a side note, the diet says to only use olive oil as oil and Stevia as sweetener, and I didn’t follow those two things and still lost weight. So I’m assuming that is a “by the person” kind of rule.7 -
Very successful with keto it's amazing. I lost 80 pounds before keto . I started keto last June 2017 and have lost 70 pounds . I can lose weight with or without carbs but the great thing with keto is you have more control over dieting because you aren't hungry your blood sugar's dont go up and down so u don't crave things and aren't hungry . Also when you provide your body with less energy ( carbs) your body eats itself quicker in my opinion. I also ate less and logged in into a different app. Most the time I eat 1000 calories . Keto also really changes your energy levels you get so much energy and your much happier I believe im bi polar and it has helped me be happier allot. Love love keto and bacon is something I eat everyday. Bacon for breakfast salad with avacado for lunch and meat and veggie for dinner workout 40 mins a day jogging. Bam I lost 4 pounds a week last several months.
