    Deads: 300 to 385
Squat: Not much progress, working on form issues
Bench: 135 to 170 (if I can count slingshot, 187.4 )

I'm trying to get my bench to 135! That's one of my 2018 goals. I'm at 115 now.

I'll be stoked when I get to 115 (and even more stoked at 135). I don't really do one rep max on bench because I don't want to have to roll out from under it if I don't get it but I did 3 reps of 100 lbs today. Can't wait until I get 5x5 @ 100 lbs.

    That's awesome!!!

I usually have a spotter, but when I did my 115, I was alone and on a bench that wasn't the normal kind I use. I did one rep then couldn't rerack the bar. Ended up doing the roll of shame.

Yeah, I've had to do the roll of shame before and I just don't want to have to do it if I don't have to. I can ask one of the other regulars to spot me if I really want to go for it and test my 1 rep max.

I think everyone's who has benched for any amount of time has done the roll of shame. The fun part is the heavier you bench, the more the roll of shame actually hurts. :embarassed:

Deads: up by 120 lbs (although I was a complete scrub at the beginning of 2017)

Oh, come on. Quit teasing. What's the total #?

LOL. 1RM 280 lbs right now. Medium term goal of 300.

About a year ago I hit a 1RM for squat at 250lb, a couple of days ago I did 250lb for 7 sets of 4-5 reps, my goal is 300lb by my next comp in March.

This was after dealing with a very horrific year of losing my beloved grandmother, getting pneumonia and shingles.

I finally got to 315 bench last year. Just last week I was able to get 345, so +30 lbs on bench is probably the biggest jump I've had.

Hands down has to be squats. I added 100 lbs. to my squat. I went from 135 lbs. in June 2016 to 235 lbs. in October 2017. Not bad for a 58 year old lol

    Awesome.

    Bench...0 to 140lbs. Ha!

Feb '17 competition, I bombed bench...no good lifts. Aug '17 competition, I benched 130lbs. Tested a couple of months ago, I hit 140lbs. I'm going for 145/150lbs in Feb.

    Gym squat: 335 × 5
    to 405 × 5

I don't test 1RM other than meets but I squatted 355 beginning of year. I popped 425 that I could of easily doubled after heavy deads and bench around Christmas time. So I'm probably in the 440-450 range if I tested fresh.

Don't laugh, I'm pretty small at 5 foot 3, 113 pounds but barbell bicep curls at 10kg are my achievement. 12 reps X 5 sets at the beginning of arm day :D
