Looking for beginners advice

Hey everyone, first of all happy New Year. I’ve been on this app for a while trying to gain weight on and off for the last several years with minimal luck. In the last year I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and since have found was to eleviate most of the symptoms however I am still having issues gaining weight. I’m unable to eat red meats as well as produce high in fiber. I’ve also been drinking whey protein isolate shakes after working out. Working out wise I do a little bit of everything. Any advice on nutrition or working out that would help me see results (long term, I’m not worried about seeing things right away) would be greatly appreciated, I’m hoping to gain 10-15 lbs within a year.
