Hi all, I’m interested in your opinion. Do you really think kettlebells is a sufficient form of cardio ? It diffently has benefits but I feel that online the cardio aspect is stressed to much

"sufficient" is going to be dependent on your goals. Unless you have endurance-type cardio goals (long distance running, biking, triathlons, etc etc), it's probably fine assuming a reasonable volume of work is being done.0

A kettlebell is just a piece of metal with a handle. Whatever benefits you get depend on what kind of resistance and what kind of movement you do. Whether the “conditioning” is “sufficient” depends on your goals.1
