So recently looked at myself - like really looked at myself and realised I have no idea how I got so big ! New to this app, new to fitness in general and keen to get some motivation and inspiration from others! Feel free to add - apologies in Advance if it takes me awhile to respond .. I have no idea what I am doing hahaha

Just start logging and looking at calories first. Once you make it a habit, you can choose to add in more specifics, but weight loss is all about calories so start out getting them in line. Good luck :drinker:1
