Why not make weightloss enjoyable as well as less likely to end in a rebound eating frenzy? You have access to a free tool to track food intake and exercise, you can eat any food you want as long as you stick to you calorie target, it doesn't cost any extra money (it should actually cost less to eat less), and you will have learnt how to eat and move to maintain weight and good health for the rest of your life.12

Good luck.
Hint: It's a total waste of money.12 -

You won't find much support here and that makes sense if you think about it.
This website is designed for people to measure & log food. Herbal Life is designed so you can skip all that. The problem with skipping the measuring & logging part......you also skip the learning part.
Beside, drinking my calories (I've tried) was never as satisfying to me as eating them.

It’s a scam. You’ll lose weight in your wallet though.10

Why not just save your money and eat a little less food and move a little bit more?
Not a lot of support for MLM scams like Herbalife around here.9 -
Herbalife works about as well as It works! /s2

I don’t know why people need to be so negative I you didn’t ask what people thought of it I don’t go to the Keto forum and say your diet isn’t going to work. I love my shakes and I was able to get with a good groups of Herbalife girls that helped me learn about what foods to eat and how to workout safely to meet my goals.16

Be sure to have your doctor monitor your liver function. Herbalife has been known to cause liver damage.3

Because people don't like to see people wasting their money on overpriced, poor quality MLM scams.14 -
Eat less calories than your daily energy requirements, lose weight.
All weight loss diets and methods use this concept.4 -

Did they try and sell you a bridge as well?7 -
Don’t waste your time and money on it. The minute you start eating normally, the weight will come back on. A quick fix full of rubbish!6

It's pretty much doing the same thing as CICO. You're restricting the amount of calories you're consuming. My recommendationwould be to not do it because eventually you will not be taking the shakes. The weight could come back if you go back to the way you were eating before. It's more important to make permanent changes that revolve around making better meal choices.0

This is brilliantly funny to read2

They didn’t try to sell me anything I don’t even know what your referring too. I have no intentions of ever completely stoping my shakes it’s a quick meal that tastes great for around 2.50. I don’t know where I could get that other then a drive through3

You can easily buy better quality, more nutritious protein or meal replacement shakes almost anywhere for far less than $2.50 per serving. And not have to deal with a MLM scammer pushing their snake oil and/or trying to recruit you into their downline.3 -

I don't think calling out a business that was recently involved in a serious lawsuit that ended up with the FTC getting involved and sending out money to the 350,000 victims from it's scam "being negative"6 -

Not trying to be "negative" but I think if you haven't found any other shakes or meal ideas that would be as easy other than a drive through - then maybe you haven't really looked or asked in the right places.
There are tons in grocery stores alone and this site consistently puts ideas out for shakes, meals, etc whether on the MFP blog or in the forums.3 -
