Howdy, the title pretty much tells my situation. In addition to surviving a major stroke I have been dealing with the loss of a loved one, greedy relatives (I am a co-executor of the estate), a very demanding job, supporting (both ways) siblings dealing with divorce, immigration (terrifying but now successfully resolved), moving a few thousand miles.... so it has been a few very trying years.
Yes, I am FAT! Really fat ...need to lose at least 100 lbs but would really like to lose more which will take a serious breaking off my love affair with my refridgerator. I would appreciate all the support I can get and will honestly try to support others in return.
I am so grateful to be alive and wobble when I walk (slowly) but I am able to look at the grass from the right direction. I struggle along with the assisstance of two walking poles which help a great deal. I also just retired and am positive that having that one more tremendous stress factor off my back, tummy, thighs, Brain, etc. should be a help.
