    actually it was just in the news today around here.. that the big y chain (where I work) is recalling sirloin Hamburg. there is no ecoli found in any of the big y products but there was some found in the original plant where some of the product is bought.

    So people who buy bigger packs of ground beef and freeze it for future use might find the timing to be about perfect.
