Blackroll: calories?

I just did a blackroll session of about 30 net minutes, following this video: https://www.blackroll.com/exercises/regeneration

In the end it came down to 30 minutes of dynamic planks and squats. Would you log those calories, and if so as what? I'm somewhat tempted to use my custom bodyweight exercises, but feel it might be a bit too much (though calories aren't very high to start with)

Discuss.

Callisthenics would be my suggestion - but the actual calorie burn is a bit of a lottery.

(Think callisthenics and circuit training have the same MET value in the database - could well be a bit generous.)

Yes, I was thinking along those lines. Let me check how much calories callisthenics give me.

Checked: Interesting! Light effort is very little (not surprising), and then there's vigorous, which is a lot. Something inbetween would be cool, but I guess that would be too much for this anyway. I'll stick with the low effort.
