How to log bodypump session on MFP

Hi,
I’ve recently started bodypump and am not really sure how to log it in my exercise diary, does anyone know how I can do this please??

    Search in the cardiovascular part of your exercise diary for "bodypump".

    That will give you a heading to log under - what your actual calorie burn from the exercise is going to be very hard to determine though.

    I log BodyPump under cardio (as above it's in the database) and a 200 calorie burn for the class.

    Les Mills bodypump is listed in cardiovascular, logs at 315 for 55 min class for me though I don't eat all my exercise calories as think tend to be over estimated.

    I've used the Bodypump entry in MFP. Today I tried setting my fitness watch to "cardio" and the burn was far less (presumably because of wrist-measured heart rate).
