Looking for good strength training ideas to boost my Metabolism. I currently just walk....some days allot like 9miles. But, I want to do something to gain muscle to burn more calories. Any ideas....I thought about yoga or lifting weights...not really weights, but my elliptical has a weight thing on it that I could use.
