Just wondering, should I be concerned about cholesterol from eggs? I can easily eat a few a day when dieting.

Has your doctor told you to watch your cholesterol? Is your cholesterol High? From what I understand the cholesterol in eggs is good cholesterol not bad....

No the doctor hasn't said anything and as far as I know its not high, I last had full bloods done a year ago and they didn't mention anything.

Its just something that goes round in the back of my mind, probably from reading online so thought I should check

while eating whole eggs with sausage peppers Ann's cheese for breakfast, pork, beef, and chicken with the skin on, my triglycerides dripped from over 300 to 45 in a couple years. Cholesterol has been the best ever in my adult life.
Fat and cholesterol in the food didn't mean increasing cholesterol in your blood.
Lots of vegans and vegetarians have high cholesterol.
Too much fructose causes fatty liver disease.

That dietary cholesterol affects cholesterol levels in the vast majority is and old myth that hopefully will die soon. ;) you will most likely experience no negative affects from eating eggs, even if not losing weight.
