i know this is a bit of a dumb and self-explanatory question. but when weighing tangerines, you would weigh without the peel right? so 100g of tangerines WITHOUT the peel is 53 calories?

I found 100 grams tangerine as 56 calories, but yes the weight is of the part of the fruit you actually eat.1 -

Yes, the calorie count of 100g of tangerines is without the peel. No use calorie counting the parts you don't eat. Same with bananas and watermelon.0
