Not hungry

I'm trying to base my new year diet loosely on Keto (I'm just starting out so not worrying about exacts at this stage) but focussing on filling up on fats instead of carbs. Really trying to listen to my body and eating until satisfied. Problem is I'm not hungry. I'm only eating around 1000-1200 calories a day. I had a sandwich today and struggled to finish it. Calculators put my TDEE at around 1700 calories and I was aiming for a small deficit, 1500 calories a day (because I want something sustainable). This isn't like me, I'm usually always hungry. Maybe when it's TOM I'll get ravenous again. I know it's early days trying this new angle. But I'm worried my calorie intake is too low. Any thoughts?

Add some foods to get to 1200 at least.
When people are on Keto they increase their fats:

Avocado, cheese, full fat dairy, Greek yogurt, beef, pork, sausage, dark meat chicken
Seeds (chia, flax, sunflower),nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, butter, protein shakes, bars, smoothies
Hummus, tuna, sour cream, guacamole, bacon, whole eggs, salmon, olives
