Hello All!

I am new to MyFitnessPal! I wish I would have found this sooner. I am a post RNY patient from 2003. I lost a total of 156 pounds and over the years as your body changes have managed to gain 80 of it back. I am currently going through the revision process so that it cannot be gained back and need to track my foods at my doctor's request. I am finding already today that it tracks every nook and cranny that you put into your mouth. Hoping this journaling shows me errors I may have made and may not require a revision, but I have been fighting regain for quite some time.

What other things is everyone doing to keep on track from this site? :laugh:
