Trying to loose while going through Menopause

Hi, I'm 48. I had to have a total hysterectomy a year ago on Valentine's Day, due to cancer. Since then it's been so hard to loose weight. I have gained 20lbs going from 120 to 140lbs.
I hope I'm not stuck with this 20lbs.
Any advice?

You just have to eat less calories than you burn. You can do it still.
My sympathies about your total, I just had one and a bowel repair where it had pressed against it and damaged it two weeks ago. Due the oncology results next week but it looks like I'm home free.
There is a menopause group on here, I'll find you the link
