Decided on some changes for a change. Been using MFP for a couple of years, but taking it seriously now. 56 yo, trying to drop 35 lbs, lost 10.3 in the last 3 weeks (I feel sorry for people in Shiner, TX). Live near Lake Jackson, TX....hope to meet/hear from fellow Texans!!!
