Went over accidentally

I’ve read over and over about how people underestimate their calorie intake but thought for sure that couldn’t happen to me. Then I was bored and thought to work out the recipe for holiday cookies I had been previously logging using a general descriptor. Turns out I was under-reporting almost 150 calories per day which is a ton when you are petite and its more than 10% of goal. Argh. Just glad I caught it now but it stinks because I thought I was doing so well, and was just waiting for a whoosh. Thanks for letting me vent. My fam is morbidly obese and would throttle me if they heard me lamenting 150 calories. :)

Good work. Hard numbers are better than generic. Generic is ok in a pinch.

If you’re keeping a food diary and crunching numbers like this, I’d say you’re doing very well. No human undertaking is mistake free. Keep going.

Well they say knowledge is power - you now have a little more power. Smile, it's done.
