Scared when see how much cakes, sweets and other deserts have I logged in one day...Scared that I cannot break the circle and say no to it. But today is the day when the first step will be made towards ending that!0

I would recommend flexible dieting, so you don't feel restricted (apart from kcal intake). Good luck!0

Change your mind. If your narrative is “I’m scared”, you’ll continue to be scared. Look at those sweets and say, “you don’t scare me. You have no power over me”. When you look at your healthy food say, “ you look so nourishing! I’m proud of myself for making this choice”. Law of attraction. The more you dwell on fear of food, the more you perpetuate that scenario.
