Greetings all. Because I'm not techy, I need alittle help with the site. I simply want to add my foods. Can I do this manually or do I have to put it in the search bar? When I put in the search bar, it doesnr show the grams I need for that particular food item. At least I dont recall seeing it.
Sorry, for the silly question, lol.

When you are starting out, just add them in the search bar. Then save them. You will build a list of foods that you eat regularly.
For instance, I search for "celery grams". That will give me a listing for 100 grams of celery. If I have 71 grams of celery to add to my salad, I enter .71 in the amount box. Save that entry. Then click the check mark and it will be added to your total for the day.
(I do most of this on the phone, but I am on the computer. I think that's the procedure.)1 -
Also if you are using your phone you can scan a lot of items.0
