Why are you scared? If you are hungry, you have to eat more. If it's just cravings, you can safely ignore them.1

It really stops you being hungry.
Also nothing wrong with having some caramel, just make it fit your calories.

Count your calories. If you have room for it. You can eat it. But this includes counting fats, carbs, sugars, and sodium. If you max out on any of those your slowing your self down.0
