    I'm really sorry you're having to deal with this issue (my husband is bipolar, I understand the challenges). You might get a better response if you post this in the "Motivation and Support" forum.

    LOL I’ve never heard anyone describe bd that way, but it totally made me laugh.

    I haven’t used Mfp for years, so still trying to figure out how all this community stiff works. Are you part of a group of some sort? I would love to connect with other people with bd who understand the challenges of sticking to a program like this.
