Anyone out there who could give me a push ,wanting to get under this stone I've been hovering over for a a few weeks now and need to lose 2 lb to get under it , I'm unable to exercise due to disabilities anyone out there who has ideas please ,,,,?

You just have to keep eating in a calorie deficit.
It will happen, just give it time and make sure your logging is accurate.2 -
Without knowing your personal circumstance it's difficult to say. There are lots of alternative exercises that don't mean leaping about doing cardio - hand-bikes for example. Do you have anyone who can help you exercise? with yoga or something.
Also, if you've lost weight over the last few weeks, it might be time to re-calculate your goals as your BMR etc will have changed and your calorie goal may be different.1 -

I am pretty immobile, I find that weighing and logging as Roxie Dawn says, is the answer, in fact it is essential. I cheated over Christmas & New Year but I'm back on the straight and narrow now and losing again. Sometimes it's hard but calorie deficit is the only thing that works.0
