Hurray! I felt so good I celebrated with a big ol scoop of sorbet
I haven’t touched chocolate, sweets or sugary treats since the start of my diet - not because I’m super strict but I could never really find a way to fit them into my calorie count without sacrificing food that would actually keep me full for more than hour, and I was super surprised at how sweet the sorbet was. I guess your taste buds change or you just stop craving sugar after awhile? Idk but it was not as nice as I wanted it be
Anyway, I got off track. I’m just happy to be at my first goal and be the lightest I’ve been since I was a teenager. I’m super motivated for this final push, and hopefully I’ll be down to my final goal in time for summer
And also thank you to anyone that’s given advice on this forum. I don’t post a great deal but I lurk around and get tips from other threads, so I’m grateful for those that take the time to educate and share their experiences.

Congrats! That's my goal too...I hit it in August, but got lenient over the Halloween-New Year corridor! Anyway, I know it's hard work and takes focus so again, congrats on making you a priority and achieving your goal!0

I have had the opposite experience, As i dropped weight (235-125) I began craving sweeter and sweeter foods to the point id want to add sugar as a coating or a dip for my sweet treats. I never used to have a sweet tooth lol. I put it down to how active i really am and am happy to have it under control but i have learned 100% i cant keep any of that stuff in the house i eat it until its gone no matter the portion size. Its weird and stupid but its me
Congrats on your weight loss, Nurture the knowledge that the sweets arent as good as you crave so thats helpful to you goin forward If i could id gladly split with you so we were both average sweetness lovers capable of super loving but happily abstaining from sweets when needed xD2 -
