TTC and control weight in the meantime!

Hi all! I am 37 yo and married last May. I did great eating in calorie range & working out bc of all the excitement losing 15#. After the wedding I frankly didn’t know what to do! I tried a lot of different methods in lots of diet and non diet books. Intuition based, no counting, counting, gah.... And now we are TTC a baby! I am wondering how to eat at present time? As I’m confused.
I am 148 and 5’4”. I have office job, and was 133 in May for my wedding which I felt really good and it fit my body type. (People told me not to lose anymore as I have medium bone structure). So I don’t look terrible now, despite my BMI just over 25. But I have a yo-yo diet history. I want to focus on getting preggers & being healthy! I can lose # and time afterwards. But I don’t know how long it will take to get preg. And I don’t want to keep gaining ....
My idea was to eat under maintenance as best as possible and increase light work outs. 1600 caps or so. And when I get preg, to focus on eating intuitively but watching that my cats don’t go too high (2000 or so)..
Would love advice from other moms! As I know there will be weight gain and trying to not let that freak me out after already gaining 15# since my wedding in May. Thanks all!
