Small but proud

Today I decided I wanted to swap a turkey sandwich (which I don’t think is terrible, but not great either) for a big bowl of zoodles with broccoli and some spaghetti sauce. It was delish! I am proud of my extra veggies, and wanted to share. :)
Does anybody else have a small but proud moment they would like to share?

    Theee away all whites for whole grain . I made some chicken Parmesan no bread crumbs. Just chicken sauce fat free mozzarella and instead of white spaghetti, I got whole grain. I honestly couldn’t tell the difference. I’m trying brown rice tonight. Pray for me haha
