Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am a 34 y/o female who recently lost 10 pounds and wants to keep up the momentum. I have been doing intermittent fasting, not eating between midnight and noon, with success. Here's to a good year!

    Hi! I'd like to lose 52 pounds in 2018. I have my calories set for losing a pound a week. I'm going out to eat tonight and have figured out that I have to get soup and salad in order to stay within my calorie goal. Works for me!

    Yes, I have also found that it is important to plan ahead as to not go over calories. Enjoy your meal out!
