It’s come out at 1233. So roughly what I am set to on hereim out of ideas. im not even good myself, so I really hope someone here can help u to reach your goals, good luck!
one thing I did learn is to not mind the scale, and just use a mirror as progress. weight is just the number, but as long as you like how you look
Yeah I’m trying to keep that in mind. All my hours just frustrate me. Makes me lazy when I get home when I’d love to go to the gym or go out for a walk. But it’s dark when I get up. Dark when I get home. It’s just miserable0 -
I think given your current lifestyle situation that your calorie goals (eating and burning) are way too aggressive.
You need to sleep well for your body to work efficiently.
You also need to be extremely meticulous with your caloric intake and logging.
Luckily I do sleep well. It just means I have to go to sleep at 9/9.30 when I don’t get home till 71 -

what is your current weight/goal weight/height/age
The site just asked for my current, goal and I selected a slower loss option
5ft, 134 lbs. aim to get to 114 and I’m 27
did it give you BMR was 1233? that is what your body burns just being alive each day - you should consume level of food that is between your BMR and your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure)
this is what I got using Scooby (using the stats you provided and sedentary):
BMR - 1267
Maintenance - 1520
5% calorie reduction - 1444 - approx. .5lb a week
10% cal reduction - 13680 -
