Hey my name is aby I'm starting p90x and using myfittnesspal as a nutrition guide.. last week was my first week of p90x but totally broke my good eating towards the weekend I was super stressed out and started piggin' out like crazy. I didnt even plan my meals so it was all day out maxxin' on junk (lol)..it was wawful. So this weekend I'm totally planning my meals and using this website since it has been so very helpful to me. Hope to get in touch and I will be posting my results soon :)

    P90X - Good luck. There are peope that love it on here. It was too much for me. Work outs last too long.
    I like to be done in a half hour.

    HEY! I did some p90x, but started insanity last week (more cardio based, so i like it better). I have the same problem as you. I can stick to working out, but lose it on junk food. Anyway, I'm looking to lose about 10 lbs, maybe 15. What are your goals? We can motivate each other.
