Getting back on track for 2018.

Hi! I am Diana from Charlotte, NC. I had been seeing a nutritionist to help me with a personalized meal plan. My Primary physician had diagnosed me as Pre-diabetic about 2 years ago. I was doing pretty good with my weight loss goal. But, this past year in 2017, I really slacked off after I retired from 35+ years as a teacher(that was in July). So, I started eating the wrong foods and I stopped tracking my progress on MY Fitness Pal. :s Wow! That was honest of me.
