Anyone try Layne Norton's 15min HIIT cardio challenge?
I've been doing it for 2 weeks and its been kicking my butt.
I was wondering if its as challenging as someone who is used
To doing cardio on a daily basis. Currently on the PHAT routine. I just do cardio twice a week. Thanks

Turbo Fire has 15-25 min HIITs in it. Today was the 15 min one and someone seriously needed to mop me up off the floor when I was done. Whew!0

I do it 1-2 times per week but a 20 minute version, 5 minute warm up then about 15 minutes of HIIT. Having said that I do foam roll before and after. I'm on my feet at work and do a full body workout 3x a week but I wouldn't say it kicks my butt. Pushing as hard as you can on the highest resistance is pretty damn exhausting though.
I really enjoy it, especially as I'm generally in and out of the gym in 30 minutes if I don't do any stretching or mobility work before or after.0
