Feeling Sick

Today I woke up feeling really sick, like throwing up ill. I started feeling this way after I ate breakfast. I was wondering if anyone else has been feeling this way? I don't know if I'm ill or if it's my body reacting to eating less. It could be me feeling like this because I was in a sweltering car for about an hour without any water, however I felt like this before, it only just made it worse. Any thoughts?

Signs of serious dehydration are headaches, irritability, excessive sweating, dizziness, and nausa. However, if it "came on" after breakfast... it could be food poisoning.0

Hmmm..... I wonder if it's my eggs... I feel better after drinking tons of water, but still nauseous. Thank you for the info.0
