I am trying to track my intake between 1200 and 1300 calories perday. I am able to walk some ;so plan average 10-12 minutes per day. With this I hope to lose weight
Ideally 2 lb per week but not sure it it will be even 1 lb. Happy New Year.

    I have one question for you, because something you said struck me as a little unusual: are you unable to walk much because of your current weight, or because of an injury? Would you be comfortable sharing your stats (height, weight, age and activity level)?

    1200-1300 calories is really low, which could mean a couple of things:

    1. You're already close(ish) to a healthy BMI and maybe trying to lose a little too aggressively
    2. You're more significantly overweight and sedentary, which also might mean that you're trying to lose a little too aggressively
