I keep retaining water and some excess fat..I am looking at more of a supplement, hormone, or food related answer, as opposed to exercise...I have physical disabilities as well, so I am at my limit with that, plus I am almost positive it's almost purely hormonally related.

Bodybuilding requires some form of resistance training. If you're having hormonal issues you need to speak with your doctor or an endocrinologist.

Roughly equivalent to saying you want to become a marathon runner, but don't want to run. Resistance training is an essential part of bodybuilding.

You state you are retaining water and some excess fat. If you have gained excess fat then that has to do with your calorie intake being too high. The water retention part I am not sure what you are asking. Have you spoken with your doctor, perhaps had some blood work drawn and analyzed?

Should you be deficient or need hormonal supplements these should be advised by your doctor. I have been Peri-menopausal since I started lifting weights over 4 years ago and have no issues with retaining excess water. If I do retain water its usually due to my diet or where I am in my cycle which those can be very wonky months at a time.

I do have to be a careful dieter when I 'cut' as to meet the right amount macros that keep me in as much hormonal balance as possible i.e. getting enough fat in my diet.

If you haven't done so already, make an appointment with your doctor.
