Breastfeeding

Is there anyway to include that you are breastfeeding on the app? I know my diet changes a little because of it and you burn calories every time you nurse. I just didn’t know if I could include it somewhere to make it more accurate for myself

I believe there is an entry in the database but not sure. You definitely need to eat extra cals because of it. I'm sure someone whose needed to log it will be by soon. :drinker :0

I'm also breastfeeding and I've seen estimations of burning up to an extra 800-1000 calories every day. I am new and I've wondered how that can be added, too!0

I just checked, there are breastfeeding entries in the food database. Find one that shows negative calories.0
