Confirming and editing items in the database

Sometimes I can confirm the accuracy of member submitted items, but sometimes not. As an example

Tesco - Scottish Free Range Eggs (Large) (Mw)

Any ideas why don't get the option?

    If an item is verified with a green checkmark, you are unable to edit it
